  May 7, 2023 - Not decanted, consumed over ~1.5 hours. Showing some age on the palate in the form of savoriness reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes and maybe a hint of beefiness, but still showing some blackberry/black cherry fruit. Subtle tannin, somewhat prominent acid. Not bad at the moment if you don't mind the savoriness, but I suspect these should be consumed soon.
