    May 9, 2023 - I'm not generally a fan of the "Jeune" range of Musar, but the rosé just works.
    An usually dark orangey/red/guava colour (that the phone hasn’t quite captured accurately).
    It smells very Musary and is more akin to the white than the red.
    Honey, melon, red apple skin with an exciting texture of lychee and citrus pith. I think there’s a hint of dry gewurz about this, but L’s not convinced!
    It's really well made and moreish. I suspect it's only about 12% alcohol.
    Went very well indeed with some salmon cooked with a miso glaze.
    It's actually elicited more excitement in me than many wines I've had recently.
    A wine for all seasons, I'd say.
