May 12, 2023 - Pale light pink. Nice fine bubbles, not much mouse. From a champagne flute so can’t get much on the nose. Strawberries, sour cherry, unripe apple on the palate. Nice freshness and intensity. Medium length finish. Good cava here. Not complex, but fun and fresh.
