  May 12, 2023 - Fairly solid over the first 4 hours, Started out with very strong red and black fruit but it faded after a bit to primarily red. Dusty tannins strong tart acidity, but no real mature notes coming through yet. I'll try the other half of the bottle tomorrow..
  
  Day 2 (stored in 1/2 bottle in fridge), Much darker, a touch more heat, but less tart and less aggressive tannins, started to get some mature notes coming out. A touch better than day 1 as I like the earthy and green hints. So I think no rush to drink any bottles you have and can easily hold 5 more years if not 10.
