  May 14, 2023 - Extremely aromatic right after pulling the cork.
  That faded quickly and it became more mid-to low toned with it’s aromatics.
  Tanins and acidity battle it out, and the acidity eventually wins.
  There is currant and blackberry fruit, plus some meaty notes.

  5/18/23, 8:17 AM - GPL is always great in great vintages like 2015. I’m guessing it will be ready to try in 2026 or so.
