  May 17, 2023 - Colour: Silver gold
  Nose: Melon, white nectarine, peach, figs, cashews and a touch of buttered toast.
  Palette: Peach, nectarine, cashews, some lemon rind acidity around the edges and a bit of toastiness has now appeared since the last tasting.
  
  Still has the acid backbone to go for a few more years.
