  May 16, 2023 - Wasn't sure what to expect; generally, it was a positive outcome. CV'd before toting it to dinner out (delicious veal chop at Chachama Grill). it showed a "swamp thang" nose, but lovable velvet texture with ripe black cherries spreading across the tongue. The disturbing smell dissipated when the bottle was 2/3 empty, and disappeared by the time it was drained. On returning home, I found 1/2 oz of the CV'd sample still in a glass; it was the best sip of the night. Guess it just needed some air after being cooped up for 15+ years. (Will I never learn?)
