  May 24, 2023 - PnP. This can use a little air as it opens up after thirty minutes or so. Tropical fruit wrapped in apple is how I'd describe the fruit. It's quite refined and difficult at first to get that gooseberry element from the Sauvignon Blanc. Seems a little more on the Semillon side but still far from sweet. On the pallate there is a nice creamy element with a touch more acidity than the nose alludes to. I think this can continue to develop and I'd be curious how a little nuttiness would influence this wine. Solid stuff.
