  May 28, 2023 - Decanted for an hour. A medium ruby core fading to a medium garnet outer edge. Black cherry, campfire smoke, dried herbs, and a touch of red liquorice jump from the glass. The palate quite literally mirrors the nose in every possible sense with a superb level of intensity and concentration.
