  May 29, 2023 - What an elegant and yet complex wine. It’s so round and I would never guessed that it’s a Chianti. It really opened up after about an hour in the decanter and then showed it’s full potential.
  
  Great structure, the tannins are perfectly balanced and it’s just a lovely wine to drink. Long finish and you get a lot of minerals. I needed some time to adjust to the fact that it’s so elegant and almost feminine but after I got it I immediately wanted more. It’s a great wine and I think will gain from a couple of years in the cellar.
