  May 29, 2023 - Pale garnet color. Complex aromas of cherry, fig, tar, potting soil, menthol, anise and white pepper. Satin texture, medium-full bodied, but a bit thin on the palate. Flavors of sour cherry, rose and plum, with a nice dustiness. Firm muscular tannins.
