  June 3, 2023 - Feared this would be showing its age too much, but actually lovely. Rich brassy gold colour. Restrained but rich nose. Initial apricot in palate quickly balanced by grapefruit acidity and slowly fades to a dry mineral finish. Great with a Thai inspired salad but suspect would also match a soft cheese like Stinking Bishop or Perl Las.
  
  Overall, count me as impressed how well this has kept!
