  May 27, 2023 - Barossa be consumed 2022 (Brisbane): Tight and dusty nose; a bit closed. Gentle and refined palate. Nice tannic grip. Balanced. Not overt in any way; more old school style. Can see the contributions of both varieties, but neither really sticks out. Very enjoyable. Sure to age beautifully and develop interesting complexity as opposed to many of the overt Shiraz tasted today.
