June 10, 2023 - Samples from Bill #6: Aromas of smoke, iron, some toast and cherry on the nose. Palate is quite full and rich, but has very good fine grained tannin to prop it up and reign it in with the finish feeling quite taut. Good potential to improve over the next 10 years.
