  June 12, 2023 - Nose: Earthy, dried leaves, smoke, game, hoisin sauce, pepper, hints of rose, black tea
  Notes: this wine has been kept in pristine condition and the fill is excellent. The nose is obviously quite complex but I have to say the overall profile of the wine is still a little underwhelming. Despite the good condition I didn't find the wine too interesting and I believe Charmes might be one of the least interesting wines from Rousseau in their portfolio.
