  June 16, 2023 - Straw and white flowers on the nose. Apple, lime, straw, some floral elements, and minerals on the palate. Medium body, high acid, moderate alcohol. Well balanced. Maybe a little bitter, but totally not a distraction. Finish is quite long and layered. Nice and refreshing with some complexity to it. Got better the longer it was in the glass. My only complaint with this wine is the big aromatics are not really there for a Fiano.
