May 22, 2009 - The wine had depth and a variety of different fruit in the taste. The predominant fruit was wild boysenberry, raspberry and blackberry. The aroma brought me back to memories of eating wild fruit in the fields. We paired the wine with quail and pheasant at Tafia restaurant in Houston. Overall, too much wild fruit and needs to be refined al little more.
