June 18, 2023 - Sunday lunch (Porcine, Oxford Street): Savoury umami notes, slightly dried out red berry fruits, a little mushroom, earthy, touch of vanilla, quite elegant. Fleshy and juicy on the palate, silky tannins, quite elegant, long. Positively Burgundian some would say. Flavours as per the nose. Very nice.
