  May 9, 2023 - Possibly a slightly off bottle. Overly sweet. There was a little seepage out of the cork. Never quite came around but totally drinkable

  6/27/23, 10:33 AM - any butterscotch/caramel notes of oxidation? I haven't had the problem with this producer but certainly that could bolster the perception of sweetness? Will have a look at my capsules!

  6/27/23, 1:27 PM - Good question. I'd call it more of a sugary beeswax or possibly honeycomb sweetness. The seepage didn't show at all outside of the capsule. Only on the cork once I removed it. Fill was still pretty much perfect.
