  June 29, 2023 - Medium garnet. This bottle seems just slightly more mature than others recently tasted and though it still has years to go it is quite complex and surely enjoyable at this time. On the nose it is quite savory mixing notes of dried red fruits and fresh roses with those of roasted mushrooms, black truffles, black walnuts, tilled earth and exotic spice. On the palate it is full bodied with nearly high acidity, a high level of very regal but still quite present tannins, and bright red fruit and earth flavors. I'd like wait for this to soften just a little bit more before opening another bottle.
