  May 23, 2009 - This wine was decanted for 30 minutes and served with ribeye steak. A lot of bright fruit was present on the nose and on the palate, much more than expected. A very drinkable wine that went well with the food, but it didn't acheive greatness due to the lack of depth and structure. It was missing a bit of oak and finish that we enjoy with our cabs. Still a pleasant wine to drink.
