July 10, 2023 - Wonderful dark berry, mineral, floral, and earthy aromas with layers of complexity on the silky palate and long finish. Drinking beautifully!

7/11/23, 1:25 PM - Cayuse wines have a long drinking window, so you really can’t go wrong opening one. I enjoy the more vibrant notes when they are younger as well as the more mellow tertiary notes as they get older.
They are however very polarizing wines, people tend to either love them or hate them. I have not had anything like it in the US. You would have to go to the northern Rhone region to get anything like it.
    I hope you enjoy it!
