  July 13, 2023 - Clear, medium ruby colour. Medium (+) intensity nose, red cherry, black cherry, medicinal, liquorice
  High acidity, grippy tannins, high alcohol. Medium to full-bodied. Medium flavour intensity with herbs, dark berries and earthy notes. Medium to long finish, pleasing, but also a slight alcohol burn. The quality is pretty high, but the style is a little robust for my liking.
