July 16, 2023 - For some reason I was expecting this to be tightly wound and maybe even a little too young. In fact it seems to be at the peak of its powers with lovely autolytic notes and a gentle bubble to break into the bready white currant and peach flavours. Delicious and for me at its peak now.
