  July 21, 2023 - Remarkably juicy and hearty for a Sauv Blanc! Strong acidity from nose to finish, wonderfully underscored by firm, harmonious notes of fresh honeydew and ripe melon, which linger all the way thru the long finish, and are accompanied by a slight note of peach nectar at the very end. Perfect compliment for fish dishes, particularly spicier recipes, as it cuts thru the spice quite enjoyable, and serves as a nice counterbalance to the intensity of these recipes.
