  July 22, 2023 - Fruity, fresh and overall delightful. Nose is slightly acidic, with a light scent of melon. Dry but fruit-forward, delightful notes of fresh cantaloupe, papaya, and melon that combine with cleansing, refreshing minerality to create a solid palate that, although a bit short, still delivers a satisfying tasting. Despite this, it is not a fruit bomb, and serves well to cleanse the palate in between dishes or when paired with a well-spiced lean protein dish. Once again, delightful.
