  July 23, 2023 - Wonderful bouquet of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant, grilled peppers, spices, bit of jam, peppermint and undergrowth. Fantastic palate, lush, juicy, sweet and fresh, very structured with powdery tannins, close to being dissolved, still with some tension, echoing for quite long, some saltiness, very balanced. Much better on the second night with a bit of warmth.
