  July 29, 2023 - Medium ruby. The nose was reticent but over time opened up to nice cherry, floral, and tomato leaf aromas. Polished medium bodied palate, fresh acidity and balanced fine grained tannins. The finish was a bit spritzy at first but smoothed out with nice length and a bit of licorice root mixed with black and red fruit. Very good but I think this can still improve with time.
