  August 9, 2023 - Already very approachable in this very early stage of its long life.
  It got a group of sommeliers around the table suddenly very quiet.
  
  Surprisingly quite light in color, great sniffy nose, full bodied, nice bitter touch to it. Long finish.
  
  Drink or hold, but buy more !
