  August 12, 2023 - It is amazing how polarizing these wines are. A few people hated this, poured back the wine into decanter. This is classic Cayuse. Beyond funky, with bbq smoke, bacon fat, and a stringent after taste. Classic. This was decanted for about 6 hours and needed it all. The fruit is still really nice and a solid mid palate structure. I would wait for another 5-6 years min.
