  August 12, 2023 - Pleasant nose of candy flowers and fruit. At pop and pour a little bit of bitterness on the palate that was concerning but after four hours slow ox this was singing. Gorgeous fruit- cherry prominent, and blackberry and then some subtle caramel, a hint of nettle, and just lovely perfectly balanced tanin that supports a great finish. Gotta get more.
