  August 13, 2023 - Paid $45. I usually avoid St Estephe wines, as I have found too them too harsh when young, which is when I drink BDX wines. No cellar (san diego) and limited funds. But all I can say is wow, my additude will change now. I will buy more. Jeff (my north star) and Neal (advising people that can drink the wine 15 years from now) are correct, a very nice wine. Note the chalk is mild now, if it grows my score will increase. Chalk (lip smacking) is what I am after.
