August 19, 2023 - Purchased a half bottle at SW Steakhouse in Vegas. Minimal decanting as I had dinner.
With that said it was still an absolutely beautiful and balanced wine. Dark red fruit, cedar, vanilla, and graphite. Medium+ body with fresh acidity, firm tannins, and an incredibly long finish. This wine kept me wanting more. I’ll be purchasing some bottles for the cellar after this as I look forward to see what this wine develops into with age.6 people found this helpful 6,320 views
