  August 21, 2023 - 30 min decant. Dark opaque purple in the glass. Getting a little vanilla, graphite, and VA on the nose. Palate has red and black fruits, more red than I expected given the color. There are some balsamic notes and some VA that bother me. Tannin is there but not getting in the way given it’s youth. Medium+ body, med acid, high alcohol but not overbearing. Very round. Medium finish. Lacks palate authority and intensity. Just another generic entry level Napa cab to me. Drinks fine but nothing to get excited about.
