  July 30, 2023 - Light gold. Forward lemon, lime nose. The palate is balanced, clean, focused. The acidity is in perfect balance with the fruit. It almost feels like it is Puligny, not Chablis. Long elegant finish. So enjoyable now. I do not think this is getting any better.
