  August 17, 2023 - Part of a side by side tasting of the 1994 Hill of Grace and 1994 Mount Edelstone at Bymark. Medium garnet colour, opaque. Opened up right away with red fruit and with just a hint of blue fruit, touch of cedar and milk chocolate. The palate was rich and mouth coating from the first sip. Very focused, balanced, no detectible tannins but that did not take away the structure and focus. Elegant, refined and long. I cannot pick a winner. Both were in goosebumps territory.
