August 22, 2023 - Lots of pineapple and lusciously ripe tropical and citrus. Nice acidity and loads of minerality. As expected, got better with air over 1.5-2 hours, and I bet would have been way better with more time to breathe. Still quite youthful. Give it another 5-10 years.
