  August 24, 2023 - A bit lighter and more mineral that any other of these I've had in the last 13 years. Not sure I love the new direction. Wasnt as good with food due to the lightness, but would be a nice apertif or porch sipper. Light cherry and strawberry on the nose, taste had light fruit, with strong mineral middle and a light bitterness on the end.
  
  Also, kinda annoyed that they started to bottle this in a huge heavy bottle. Might need to look for a new house rose.
