On the palate, it's bright and lithe, with transparent fruit and a very floral and spicy kick. Very perfumed on the finish--its bouquet seems to hover in the air. Very elegant stuff.
  
  Definitely stand this up and let it settle for a while before pouring. I did not, and my first glass had a lot of suspended pulp.
