  August 28, 2023 - Outstanding rosé with real depth of flavour - pomegranate, à point strawberry fruit and hints of cherry sour in the finish. Manages nevertheless to retain the freshness that one hopes for from rosé wine. Throws a fine but unobtrusive sediment (organic). A serious wine for food.
  Made to last (by rosé standards). Now till 2025.
