August 29, 2023 - PnP and drank over 2+ hours. Semi-translucent ruby, showing its age with a slight brown tinge. Light-bodied; i.e., classic Oregon Pinot weight. Tangy/tart cherry, plus some strawberry. Nice spice. Long finish highlighting more of the strawberry. After 20-30 minutes opened up to smooth and fruitier, with the strawberry rising to equal. Still nice spice and a long finish. At an hour, the fruitiness wore off and we had a great example of a classic Oregon Pinot. Complex cherry flavors, nice spice and a very long finish. Bravo!
