  August 31, 2023 - PnP. Rich honey color. Full-bodied — almost the consistency of ice wine, but not as sweet. Honey with a hint of lemon, and maybe a very little melon. A touch on the sweet side. This is not your typical crisp, hot-weather Summer sipper. It’s more like fall by the fireside. It would be great with pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving.
