  September 3, 2023 - Pale garnet now. Still not the most pronounced nose but has developed since last drunk. On the nose: earthy, ferrous, thyme, menthol. Fruit is less distinct and in the background now. Soft tannins; good acidity. Decanted for a couple of hours.
