September 4, 2023 - A classic Geyserville right from the start and a step above the 2020. The wine has dazzling red fruits and berries. The hallmark indigenous yeast that is often apparent in thier wines. The tannins and oak structure counter nicely with the spicy fruit. After about an hour they start to merge and provide much delpth and a great finish. While one can get away drinking this with decant. I would hold for 3-5 years and I bet at 5-7 this will wine should be singing. It's already a beauty, but let it soften a bit with a few years in the cellar 93-95.
