  September 2, 2023 - A super classic and Benevelli wine, that speaks both of what the quality of these precious Monforte hills and Massimos working hand is. The 2019 Le Coste has plenty of thrust and depth, but - next to Mosconi and Ravera particularly - also the most open-knit factor. Wild berries, orange zest, whiffs of tar & tobacco and some balsam mingle beautifully. A jewel of Barolo, especially in its price range.
