  September 7, 2023 - Hold on to your panties boys because this was one is a good one! Again, still needs time to fully integrate, but this was showing remarkably well even today. Very balanced and very lovely on the palate and nose. The bottle etching is also a nice touch. I am glad I have 3 bottles of this. Detert's cab franc east block is some of, if not the oldest cab franc vines in Napa and being that they are planted on some of the best land for CF, it is not surprising that Detert is pumping out some grand cru CF. Must buy. Who needs cab sauv...97+++
