  September 15, 2023 - Opened this as it was leaking a touch. Freaking brilliant. Started out a bit lean, but really opened up and kept getting better over 4 hours. Pretty much everything you want in a mature burg. Great dried/oxidized fruit, mint, light spice, good acidity, light mushroom, still some tannic stucture, and a strong brown sugar note. Wish every burg was as good. Weirdly, I dont think there is any rush to drink this as a well stored (and non-leaky) bottle should last another 20+ yrs.
