September 16, 2023 - 2hr decant at cellar temp. This wine did not pair well with steak. Oak is still present on the nose, but the fruit is muted. Acid is high. Overall this felt a bit disjointed. It was ok, but would I guess this was aged Bordeaux if served blind? No.
