  September 16, 2023 - Opened and served....very zinny nose of pepper, bramble and spice. Dark and jammy, with the Biale toast that I seem to recognize from them. Hoisin, blackberry jam, bruised strawberry palate....nearly overdone but right there on the line. Thick, dense, and solid.
