September 18, 2023 - Two years or so after last tasting and the pithy smoky toasted pumpkin seed flavor is still there. This is definitely mature now, and although I love it as much as ever I don’t think there is any point in trying to keep it longer. Still a few years left before decline but drink up. I have a bottle left and then plan to move onto the 2021s.
Score: 94. Relative to expectations: +++
After many strenuous objections to my claim that these are mature (see comments) I will hold my last bottle and hope they are right and I am wrong!1 person found this helpful 2,366 views
